I'll answer the questions about this recipe as I have been making this for years. The jello is the small sized box (0.30 oz). You mix the dry powder with the cool whip. Be sure to drain the pineapple well, then fold it into the cool whip. I also fold in cottage cheese (a small tub) for protein. Submitted by:

EXCELLENT!!!! I used sugarfree instant creamcheese pudding mix. Also added 24 oz. fat free plain yogurt and 1 can drained mandarian oranges. Let chill ( if you can) Submitted by:
