I'm a Marylander so I was quite skeptical on this one...but they turned out fantastic! I broiled them on high for 5 minutes on each side. Flipping them can be tricky, so use a large spoon or spatula. Oh, and one more thing...use panko breadcrumbs instead and you save a lot of calories! Submitted by:

This is a good recipe. I altered it a bit adding in fat free cream cheese and half the crab meat. I also only used 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. My recommendation however is to SPRAY the foil before putting your cakes down. It makes them easier to get off the pan. Submitted by:
