Delicious! I made some changes (prepared salsa and chipotle powder instead of chipotles, added more black beans and chopped carrots) and it is awesome. I enjoy it with some grated cheese on top or cheese and crackers on the side. Would also be good topped with avocado (since it is so low fat). Submitted by:
