Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Okay have not made this but number of servings does not make sense. If you have 3 cups of squash & 1 cup of onions they do not become 8 cups cooked?????? Which of course makes me wonder about the calorie and other nutritional information. It does sound like a easy good dish to do. Submitted by:
