Thank-you for the starter recipe. I am another who REALLY dislikes cilantro, so I used dried parsley. Also added 1 avocado, more corn and more canned beans. Needed a little salt, but otherwise great. Thanks! Submitted by:

i make a very similar recipe, green onion instead of white. Excellent for many dishes. top grilled chicken, add to greens with low fat ranch dressing, roll up in a corn tortilla with soy cheese. yum yum Submitted by:

This is also really good when you add chopped avocado. Add some healthy fats!!! I usually use red onion (it's prettier) I absolute LOVE LOVE LOVE this salsa! Addictive!! Submitted by:
