Addictive, but what happened to the calculation for the remainder of the ingredients? This is therefore misleading especially for those of us counting calories, carbs, fats etc Submitted by:

I read the other day that truvia and stevia are no better for you than sugar. I prefer almonds natural. In fact I likely eat too many. When I have them in the house I can't stop. Submitted by:

Great idea for having a little sweetness with some nutrition. Always on top of my list for eating healthy. Submitted by:

I like the idea of lowering the sugar. Your body treats Splenda like a sugar if used over time. Can you use Ground Coffee? Submitted by:

People keep talking about making it healthier by using Splenda instead of sugar....UH that makes it fewer calories not healthier. Sugar is a natual sweetener, not that many calories actually....but hey, if you prefer Splenda .... Submitted by:

I'd try this with but with maybe 1 tsp of sugar. Can't do Stevia. Messes with my stomach. I don't like sweet stuff anyway. But it's nice to have an alternative to plain. Submitted by:

Sugar..out, Splenda...in. Worked well, taste delicious, but I may cut back the baking time to 10 minutes, toss, then 10 minutes again. Thanks! Great for low carb. Submitted by:

Hi
This recipe sounds delicious, which would be a portion control problem for me. I have noticed many of the recipes here are for cookies etc - IMO it's best to give these things a miss if one is trying to lose weight. 1 plain almond is 7 yummy calories - I eat 10 for a remarkably satisfying snack.

This is another recipe from the Almond Board that is tastefull but can be made more healthy by substituting Truvia / Stevia for the sugar. I would also substitute a chocolate protein powder for the cocoa. Submitted by:
