Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Can lower the carbs by grating a head of cauliflower and this veggie version of rice can easily be confused with rice and better source of antioxidants, vitamin c, iron & potassium Submitted by:

I skipped the bread crumbs. Used more broth. Cut the rice down. It has lots of protein. I used regular carrots and frozen peas. Added mushrooms. No bread, less rice reduced the carbs. It was very good. Might try with salmon. Submitted by:

Delish! And for you who are condemning the carbs - remember the brown rice and WHOLE WHEAT bread crumbs are the good carbs. Full of the energy you need, keeps you fuller longer and should get several servings per day. Calories are minimum - 360 for a MEAL, remember, not a side dish! Submitted by:

Those who think this a "lot of calories" are perhaps forgetting this would be your main dish. Your main dish would have more calories and bulk than say your fruit or vegetables; which if you are on Weight Watchers are considered as free or 0 points. What do you want? Everything isn't zero calorie.. Submitted by:
