I make something very similar.......LOVE IT> I use 2% reduced fat mex. cheese, and the low carb tortilla wraps (45 cal ea). When I need that extra protein, I pile on the chicken. Never use extra seasoning or sour creme (keeps those calories much lower). Submitted by:
