Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Pretty good. I would use 1/2 the amount of lemon and add a bit more salt to the sauce. Submitted by:

very good, but I added cilantro and used vegetable oil to saute the chicken. I also added the seasoning to my chicken in a bowl and let it sit in that for a while. Oh I also added a little soy sauce. The oil added a little calories but still healthy enough. Submitted by:

There is confusion regarding number of servings. At bottom the page says "serves 4". Below that the page says "Number of servings: 1". And in the nutritional information the phrase is "Servings per recipe: 1". The number of servings per recipe and the weight of one serving,is important. Submitted by:

Delicious even with bottled garlic, bottled lemon juice and dried herbs! Will certainly make again! I like the fact that it is low enough in calories to have some pasta or rice with it. Submitted by:

So odd that this recipe SOUNDED so tasty to me but failed! I served this for 4 guests, and NONE of them liked it! I myself though it was bland, but the chicken was tender and well-cooked. Served it over brown rice and sprinkled non-fat feta cheese on the top. Won't use this one again. Submitted by:

The calories are off, which is weird because if you look at the breakdown, it is correct. Should be 260 cals per serving. Submitted by:

I calculated this using MasterCook and it has 302 calories, 18 g fat, 25 g protein, 9 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 106 mg cholesterol, and 320 mg sodium per serving, Submitted by:

Sounds good but there is an error in calorie count. Recipe states that it makes 4 servings at 109 ea, however, if you add the individual items together it is 260/per serving. Something does not add up. Submitted by:

This looks great but the calorie breakdown does not match the nutrition info . Can it be recomputed? Submitted by:

Sounds delicious! I'm always looking for a way to keep my chicken breast dishes more moist, and this looks like it will do that. I'll reduce the sodium and read other comments for modifications I might enjoy--think I spotted something about garlic and the oven on the way down here to leave comment. Submitted by:
