Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was delicious!!! I cut a few more calories by skipping the shake n bake and just sprinkling a little Italian seasoning on top. I used the laughing cow french onion cheese. Submitted by:

I made this and my husband went crazy for it. He's already asked for it again. I have blood pressure issues so I used crushed Fiber One cereal instead of Shake 'n Bake. Submitted by:

Made it with roasted garlic potatoes and a side salad for a delicious and very filling meal, with surprisingly less than 500 calories!! Thanks for sharing :) Submitted by:

This is delicious! I only needed one piece of ham and I also just used bread crumbs seasoned with garlic and salt. SO cheesy and yummy. Submitted by:

Fancied change from low fat ready meals so gave this a try. WOW it was amazing - I'd fortgotten what real food tastes like, and so much more satisfying! I'll be making this again and again. Served with broccoli garlic & mushroom dish (also in my recipe book) , grilled tomatoes & cauliflower. YUM Submitted by:

This was a great recipie ... It wowed my friends. I substituted Original Shake n Bake with Hot & Spicy Shake n Bake ... it lowered the sodium a bit and gave it a great flavor. Submitted by:

I thought I created this recipe last night and I was going to share it. This is good. I used fat free cheese slice (it's all I had). I added gravy, but mine only adds a few calories per serving. I use the envelope/package chicken gravy. 20 calories per .25 cup serving! Submitted by:

We lowered the sodium by making our own "shake 'n bake" with panko bread crumbs and herbs and spices. Excellent and very easy. Submitted by:

This looks so good, but I'm going to substitue Panko breadcrumbs instead shake and bake to lower the sodium. Submitted by:
