I also used some flour to thicken and would have used low sodium gravy mix. It was a very good light sauce. Submitted by:

I would have paid better attention to sodium. I just ate this and I must say it was okay. I put flour in to thicken. And I maybe would cook this on the stove top next time. I didn't think the slow cooker added and benefits. Other than that very good. Lots left over. Submitted by:
