I made this frosting with 1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar. It was plenty sweet. Very tastey and creamy. I used it to top a chocolate mayonaise cake. Awesome. Submitted by:

My boyfriend is a peanut butter freak, and he loved the frosting paired with chocolate brownies! I would have liked it to be a little more peanut buttery and a little less sugary, but otherwise it was good. Submitted by:
