Sounds great! I've made something similar but used a lo carb flour tortilla. You can leave out the butter & just use whole eggs for less fat and more protein. Just use a no cal cooking spray so your eggs don't stick. Submitted by:

it sounds awesome and I'll try soon. For replacing egg beaters, use egg white only and discard the yolks and you'll get fat free eggs or u can add 1 yolk per 2 or 3 eggs so it'll be reduced fat. Submitted by:
