Yummy! Yummy! I cut the cauliflower small added freshgarlic, garlic powder, evoo and a small bit of kosher salt close to the end of cooking. Baked for approx. 30-35 minutes at 425. Cauliflower took on more flavor as it browned. It did not become mushy. It tastes great! Wonderful recipe. :-) Submitted by:
