This was quick, easy and delicious. We like things spicy, so I added cumin and chili powder to the mix as well as some sea salt at the end. This recipe can be versatile with any of your favorite spices. I also cooked it at 400 for about 30 min. Submitted by:

Yum! I could eat all of it by myself! I did use garlic salt and added a little chili powder. Perfect! Submitted by:

Used minced garlic salt and pepper. Almost everyone (except two picky eating kids) LOVED it! It's so easy, I'm adding it to my repertoire! Submitted by:

Yummy! Yummy! I cut the cauliflower small added freshgarlic, garlic powder, evoo and a small bit of kosher salt close to the end of cooking. Baked for approx. 30-35 minutes at 425. Cauliflower took on more flavor as it browned. It did not become mushy. It tastes great! Wonderful recipe. :-) Submitted by:

Holy mackerel! Delicious! I like cauliflower anyway, but this brought it to a whole new level. I used garlic salt instead of powder. Really hit the spot! Submitted by:
