I used low fat cheddar instead of regular; next time I will use regular for the flavour. So quick and easy, will make again! Submitted by:

I made this with leftover cheese from party trays. It tastes fabulous but I'm not sure it's very healthy (lots of sodium and carbs). So it only gets 3 stars from me. I can't eat this but I'll serve it at our next get together. I also put extra shredded cheese and crushed cheese crackers on top. Submitted by:

I love this and have made it several times now. I added some cut up chicken for a little protein. Also, I definitely recommend the baking option. I covered it in bread crumbs and a little italian spice, and it was great! Submitted by:

Great mac and cheese! There's nothing processed here. I ate a serving and a half for dinner; 450 calories for a meal isn't too bad. I served it with a nice salad. Tried a second time with some chopped onion, basil, and oregano mixed in-amazing! Also good with mushrooms, spinach, and onion salt. Submitted by:

A great way to get less calories for this recipe would be to use a butter substitute and add reduced fat cheddar cheese. I haven't made this yet but love mac and cheese and will definitely try this. Submitted by:
