These are awesome - however, the calorie count is closer to 200...not 84.5. Not sure where that count came from but it's way off. Submitted by:

Made a close version to these. Left the skins on and cut into fries. Put them into a bag and sprayed with cooking spray. Added garlic salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese then shook the bag and baked them. They were great! Much better than fast food fries and so much better for you!! Will make again! Submitted by:

excellent! I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder and regular salt (that is all I had) but these were fantastic!! I also used red potatoes, as that is all I had on hand. Will make again! Submitted by:

Excellent. I had to leave the cayenne and paprika out so I should, have used more garlic salt. Submitted by:

Slightly confused...it says that 4 potatoes are 4 servings, but when looking at the calories by ingredients, it only figures in .25 of a potato as a serving...seems somewhat misleading, but I hear it's really tasty! Should be closer to 200 calories for a whole potato though.. Submitted by:

This is my new "go-to" recipe for potatoes! I use garlic salt instead of plain salt. Quick, easy, and very tasty! Submitted by:

The potatoes were a huge hit, but I didn't notice the nutritional information was wrong until after I served them -- having to tell the South Beacher I fed them to that the recipe had 33 carbs instead of 10 kinda sucked. :-( Submitted by:

These are delish! (FYI Ingredient list only lists 1 medium potato, so calorie count is off.) Submitted by:
