I used low fat mayo and smart balance instead. Delicious!! Submitted by:

This recipe sounds great, but between the fish, cheese, butter, and mayo, how is one serving less than 200 calories? I'd still like to make it, I just want to know for sure how many calories and fat I'm getting when I eat it. Submitted by:

Made this with a friend and we both loved it. Instead of celery salt & onion powder we used garlic salt. Only note was that it took a lot longer under my (kind of crummy) broiler -- maybe 10 minutes for the second stage instead of 2-3 minutes. Still: quick and easy prep. Submitted by:

Delicious! I have made it both with and without the butter and find the sauce holds up better without the melting butter. Saves a few calories too! Submitted by:

Wonderful -- and I don't like fish! This has become a foavorite for my husband and I that I fix often. Very quick, tasty, healthy and low fat. What more could you ask for?! Submitted by:
