Tasty muffins but nutrition info is incorrect. The recipe counts all ingredients that are 2/3 cup as .06 cup, not .66 as it should be. About 140 calories per muffin depending on what you use for milk and how big the apples are. I shredded the apples on a cheese grater. Submitted by:
