I loved this! I modified it slightly, using fresh tomato with some added dried basil, plus a little onion and garlic powder for flavor. I also used 1 oz provolone and 2 Tbsp. of parmesan because that was what I had on hand, so my calories ended up a little higher, but it was well worth it! Submitted by:
