I too follow an extremely low sodium diet and this was absolutely wonderful! I didnt have sherry either and only used 1 T olive oil with a little olive oil spray to coat the pan. This was wonderful. I am not an onion fan, so I left the onion out. It still tasted delicious. It was hard to find the no sodium chicken bouillon, but i did not give up. Found it in the second grocery store I went to. Submitted by:

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this recipe. My health requires I can only have 1/2 or less the dietary intake of salt than the normal recommendations daily intake. And alot of recipes call for 'canned' soup, which is high in salt. This is perfect !! Submitted by:
