Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I feel really bad for the author of this recipe. I mixed it all together and it was pretty tasteless.

So I added 1 C mashed mixed fruit and preaches w/juice & walnuts.

Then cooked it and while still hot I poured heated cream, butter and confection sugar over the top. Moist and good!

I used half ww flour, half white flour. This turned out pretty bad, and we did not eat it. Still looking for that perfect low calorie, yummy carrot cake receipe... Submitted by:
