Great meal. Quick & easy just as its titled. I made my own taco seasoning to cut back on sodium. We like spice so I also added red pepper flakes & a few dashes of hot sauce. Used habanero cheese & added jalapeņos to our taco. PERFECT!! Will make again. Submitted by:

This was really good - I actually ditched the tortilla nad just had everything on lettuce. I made the taco seasoning to avoid all the sodium - there is a great homemade recipe on SP and you usually have all the spices already in the house. Submitted by:
