I baked 2 hens at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Rubbed hens with pure olive oil (though virgin might have been healthier, not sure...?) Season to taste with seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (I like spice) Submitted by:
