I doubled the recipe, but it only made 21 muffins. Oh well, they are wonderful! I like the fact that they're not very sweet--it lets the blueberry goodness shine! And I used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 Splenda to make it even healthier. This was super-simple and no-one will even realize they're "diet"! :) Submitted by:

I had a lot of berries, so I doubled the recipe and used about 3/4 c. sugar for a double batch. Still really good without being too sweet! Submitted by:
