SUPER easy to make and delicious. (instead of a packet I used the low-sodium taco seasoning recipe on spark recipes) Thanks for sharing! Submitted by:

Loved this recipe. Made a few chages to suit my tastes, no beans, more veg. Also made my own taco seasoning from chili powder, cumin, pepper and oregano to cut down the salt. So easy! Will definitely make this again. Submitted by:

Great recipe, I used dried beans to cut down on the sodium and let it cook in the crock pot all day. It was delicious. Submitted by:

I love this recipe!!! I split it up into serving sizes and take it everyday for lunch. My only quest right now is to get the sodium down. Submitted by:

Awesome! I made this for a potluck and poured a bag of fat free cheese over it before serving. Nobody realized this was a low-fat meal and it gave me something healthy to eat instead of wings! Submitted by:

Very good! Easy to make but a little spicy for my kids. I'll only use one 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with chilies and 1 14.5 can of plain diced tomatoes next time. Eat over rice with a touch of fat free sour cream - yum! Submitted by:
