I put the entire roast in with a lot more wine and added water and chopped the mushrooms. When it was finished, I took 16oz of non-fat sour cream and mixed in some of the liquid from the crockpot and added the meat cut up and noodles. We had to thicken it with a little flour. Needs some spice. Submitted by:

This recipe was o.k. Tasted really salty and contained too much liquid for my tastes. The kids ate it and didn't complain - which is something, but still was not an impressive recipe. I probably will not make this again. Submitted by:
