Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I've made a recipe very similar to this numerous times. The only differences are I dont' add any oil and I usually add a whole 1/4 cup of sugar for added sweetness. I also use stone ground whole grain cornmeal and whole wheat pastry flour for more texture and fiber. My entire family loves this one! Submitted by:
