I used 93% lean ground beef, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese and increased the garlic powder to 2 tsp. I also mashed the cauliflower slightly. This was really tasty. I will definitely make this again. Submitted by:

cal, cholesterol, fat....everything was to high....the concept of the recipe is a great one. will be using ground turkey ,and lowfat and not fat items...the calories went from about 500 to 330....cholestreol went down too, fat went from 40 to 16.2....theese changes are nessecary and worth it for you Submitted by:
