There are so many variations. For my version, I use low fat ricotta instead of cream cheese and fat free sour cream instead of milk. I also like crushed pineapple in natural juice instead of sugar. Submitted by:

i havent' made this but when i make my usual kugel, i use cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. it makes for a lighter kugel and is naturally low in fat. Submitted by:
