Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It's delicious. I recently started using almond milk and decided to use the recipe calculator to figure the calories in the recipe. Came up with quite a few more calories -- so checked the calories in your recipe. The peanut butter and banana calculations are too low. Am I missing something? Submitted by:

I'm avoiding dairy in my food plan, so I used almond milk instead and added some protein powder and crushed ice to it to make it a complete cold summer meal. Submitted by:

Tasty but didn't fill me up for breakfast. I ended up drinking the whole thing. Will try again using some of the other suggestions like adding Fiber One or Protein Powder and probably a whole banana. Submitted by:

Instead of the hot chocolate mix, I used sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast mix. Also, I added a few ice cubes and strawberries. This was a great breakfast drink! Submitted by:

I don't think there is any better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. This is delicious! I'm going to add a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder for a breakfast meal. Doesn't taste low calorie! Submitted by:

The whole family loved it. A great replacement for our chocolate ice cream treats. I added 2 tbsp of plain nonfat yogurt (the kind of yogurt on the milk aisle, not the ice cream aisle) and crushed ice. Submitted by:
