Love this idea. For those who have a problem with it setting up try adding 1 or 2 tsp of Instant Clearjel, stir it together with the sugar, then follow the rest of the directions. It does not require heat to thicken, & is a form of modified corn starch. Submitted by:

Love this! It's easy to make and tastes great. I use nonfat yogurt, so it doesn't set up quite as much. Instead of serving it as mousse, I serve it as a dip with fruit or honey graham cracker sticks. I have tried it with my family and Bible study group. Everyone asked for the recipe. Submitted by:
