sounds delicious! i'm going to make this right now, but substitute light soy milk for nonfat milk and use some lite tofu instead of yogurt to make this more of a healthy vegan meal :0) Submitted by:

I didn't have Greek yogurt, so I made it with low fat vanilla yogurt. Delicious! For a few more calories, try adding just a little chocolate syrup to add to the flavor. Submitted by:
