Tried this last night. My family really liked it. The hubby told me to add it to my dinner list so I know it was a hit. I couldn't find Carb Hood at my store so I used Fat Free half and half. Gotta work with what you have. It was yummy. Thanks for posting this recipe! Submitted by:

Made this dish for my family tonight. My husband put it in a tortilla and our 8 year old loved it. I put the chicken in a crock pot with half of a packet of taco seasoning. I didn't use salt since I don't use salt. I ate mine with sour cream and salsa. Very good! Submitted by:

This is yummy! I used 2% milk instead of the carb hood beverage and PAM instead of olive oil to grease the pan. Came out scrumptious! Reminded me of an enchilada bake I concocted in the past. Would make a great breakfast meal because of the eggs. Submitted by:

carb hood=low carb milk...I used a can of campbells condensed fiesta nacho, it added about 30 calories per serving and upped the flavor big time-awsome recipe though! Submitted by:
