This recipe looks delicious, but I thought this website was for people trying to eat healthier and lose weight. This is not the right meal for that! This looks like a good tasting recipe, but sodium could be halved by making your own spaghetti sauce, leaving out the crumbles, and using Italian spices like basil, oregano, and rosemary instead. Submitted by:
