Wow these were GOOD. I also skipped the steaming part, and just microwaved the quarters for 3 minutes before adding them to the oil mixture. I dipped them in 1 TBS. fat free sour cream mixed with chives....very rich and decadent without all the calories and fat. Great recipe! Submitted by:
