WOW - I used fat-free sour cream & cream cheese, and rinsed marinated artichoke hearts, adding minced garlic to the saute. Black pepper, crushed red pepper and worchestershire sauce to taste - just as good or better than the restaurant version! Submitted by:

Totally awesome recipe. To make it more of a meal, I added 1.5 chicken breasts (diced fine before cooking) and instead of garlic salt, when cooking the spinach & artichokes, I added 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic. Definitely a keeper. Submitted by:
