My mom made this recipe and it was awesome. It tasted even better when I realized how low-calorie it was Submitted by:

Made this tonight! I used crushed Seasoned Croutons instead of bread crumbs, as thats all I had. I added 1 T of Garlic Powder, 1/2 T of Salt & Pepper. I think, with my oven, I should cut back on the cooking time, as it was a little dry. All in all it was DELISH!!! Submitted by:

We had bought a huge bag of chicken breasts from our discount club, and I didn't know how I wanted to prepare them.

I used low-salt Ritz crackers for crumbs; garlic herb seasoning. Marvelous! Next time maybe I'll use taco type seasonings or curry...but I'll keep the Ritz crumbs.

AMAZING!!! Like another user, I added salt and pepper to my parmesan and bread crumb mix. As it was in the oven and browning I got excited and when I took it out, I couldn't wait to taste. So juicy!! Perfectly flavored!!! Kudos!! Submitted by:

This was easy, moist and delicious. I added a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder to the bread crumbs for extra flavor. I will definitely make again. Submitted by:

My family liked this a lot and I will definitely make it again. The only thing I would add is salt and pepper to the chicken or breading mixture. Mine turned out a little bland when I made it exactly as written. The chicken stayed very moist, though, and after adding salt and pepper it was great! Submitted by:
