Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good for a lower fat version of Indian food. As I almost tripled the recipe so I can have leftovers, it took about 40 mins to bake
( covered ). I also sprinkled some fresh chopped coriander on top for extra kick. Served it with tomato, onion and cucumber raita and basmati.
