I use egg white substitute, leave out the ham and just use veggies like bell pepper and tomato and low fat shredded cheese. Put the veg and cheese in first then pour egg sub in over top and bake! Much healthier and so good! Submitted by:

Love this idea but I did a recipe makeover that brought it down to only 63 cals. 2.1 g fat and only 14 Mg of cholesterol :) it tasted brest. Even my dad who has been eating eggs and bacon every morning for his whole life loved it. Submitted by:

Way too much salt. All the seasonings seemed to float to the top of the eggs. Even after spraying the muffin tins they didn't want to come out of the pan. Made only 9 servings instead of 12. Not a complete disaster, but I won't make them again unless there's a LOT of tweaking. Submitted by:

This was amazing! I made these last minute last night when i noticed I had some leftover hamsteak. I used the fresh ham, a little crumbled bacon and cheese and I also used red's hot sauce instead of tabasco!! Low calorie and easy to reheat the next day! These are a definite repeat!!! Submitted by:

I agree that the salt has to be a typo. I used 1/4 tsp, and it was still a bit salty. To reduce fat, etc., I used 4 eggs, & egg whites & egg substitute. Had about 68 grams of Canadian Bacon that I needed to cook, & used thin sliced oven roasted turkey breast to finish out. Was very good. Submitted by:

These were incredible. My only problem is that they were a little too salty. I can't wait to try these again and put in some swiss cheese and mushrooms, some broccoli, or use bacon. Very easy, very tasty!! Submitted by:

I haven't made this yet, but to quote another reviewer "I can't believe they are good for you!" I'm not so sure it is. Ham, 2% cheese and presumably whole milk? The saturated fat alone says to me that this would be OK occasionally, but not for everyday. Submitted by:

I made this recently, and it was okay. I didn't love it, but it is pretty low cal and low carb so it's good for something like the South beach diet. I had it w/ some salsa which was good. I think I'd make this again... Submitted by:
