Even the kids loved it. I doubled the recipe, but not the sugar, instead I added a Tablespoon of ground Stevia leaves and a Tablespoon of vanilla. Yum! I also used virgin coconut oil and eggwhites in the topping. Thanks for the inspiration! Submitted by:
