This was very easy to make and very good. Added a few raspberries to the top before baking and it was very pretty as well. I would probably cut back a bit on the sugar if your rhubarb isn't super tart. My husband won this for beating me at a yard game. The guys devoured it. Thankyou! Submitted by:

I have the same recipe that my mother gave me but we cut the Rhubarb in half and use Strawberries for the other half. Also use only one cup sugar. Submitted by:
