It's in the oven right now. I added 1 tbsp of flaxseed and omitted 1 tbsp of oil. I also added a little maple flavoring. It was moist and delicious. Thumbs up from the 10 year old, who has never had it. I made mine into 3 loaves. It comes out to about 91 calories a slice. 12 slices a loaf. Submitted by:
