This is a great tasting recipe it's healthy and delicious I give it 5 out 5. We made this for supper last night and my BF enjoyed it he made rice with gravy and no salt green beans. Thanks for such a wonderful quick recipe.....I bet this would work well on a grill also mmm.. Submitted by:

I've done variations of this for years - in fact it was one of the first "recipes" I ever attempted cooking with! :)

If you're looking for ways to reduce the sodium, use vinegar (red wine or cider) with a touch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a smattering of your favorite seasons. YUM!

Sounds really good, but it does seem high in Sodium which I have to watch. Trying to figure out what else to use so it isn't so high. Submitted by:

Me and my husband really enjoyed this recipe, my mother-in-law actually told me about it a few weeks ago. I was wondering though how it only amounts to 28.5 calories because there is no way that is right because 4 oz of chicken alone is 120 calories. I wish the nutritional information was correct.
