These were ok. They are not that sweet. I made two pans. One with raisins and one without. The pan without raisins taste like cornbread. I will make these again however I will add a little more sugar.

Man, the kids WOLFED these down! I liked the simplicity of the recipe, the low fat goodness, and those "good" carbs from rolled oats. I added 1/4 cup of chocolate chips...just enough for each muffin to have 3 or 4 chips. ;o) Submitted by:
