Love crepes. Loved vanilla flavor. Added fresh nutmeg. Mmm...let 1st pancake brown. Wouldn't flip. 2nd one - I let it brown and tried to flip onto 2nd pan. Wouldn't come out as pancake. Messy. Not like crepes at all. Texture like ricotta. Worth it to me to add bit of flour and nonfat milk. Submitted by:
