This was an OK version. I add ,mushrooms(fresh or canned), black olives and ground turkey ,and then grate a drier saltier cheese on top(parm/pecorino/romano), and sometimes breadcrumbs for a little crunch. Kick it up a notch people! Submitted by:

I love zucchini and make something similar. If I don't have cheese, I just put plain, low fat yoghurt on top. Gives a nice tang. Submitted by:
