Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I really liked this, although I did vary it a little. I very thinly sliced my cucumber. Rather than brushing on the vinegar, I put 2 tsps of apple cider vinegar over the cucumber in a bowl and sprinkled with salt. Still very crunchy and a great side dish. I just stir before serving. Submitted by:
