Don't like sweet coleslaw - I make mine with oil and vinager
No red cabbage that turns the slaw into an awful PINK. Equal amount of oil and vinager, salt & pepper to taste.My Mom alway called this Greek Slaw We love it!!! great for a diet!!

The marmalade made this dish very bitter (tasted mostly like rind). We doctored it up with honey, salt & pepper. That improved it but it still wasn't a huge hit at our BBQ. Won't make this one again. Submitted by:
