I made the substitutions that everyone else did to reduce calories but ended up somehow getting a very dry batter so I added some vanilla soymilk and it turned out pretty tasty but slightly doughy. Pretty good overall. Submitted by:

Superb !! Delicious ... Substituted sugar with sweetner and applesauce for oil but couldnt get any substitute for eggs so I replaced with pinapple sauce, tasted just great, moist and melted in the mouth. Got to make that again !!

Yum! I was able to reduce calories to 170 for 1/12 by substituting Splenda sugar blend for sugar, applesauce for oil, and Eggbeaters for eggs. Turned out great! Submitted by:

delicious!!!

i substituted splenda for the sugar and unsweetened applesauce for the oil to cut back on the cals. turned out very moist. my mom and i split a piece right out of the oven and yummmmmm. i will definitely make this again!!!
