If tis is the Tuscan Bean Soup from the book "The Mediterranean Diet" it is very good! I think your nutritional information is off, though. In the ingredient list it says "Pepperidge Farm Crusty Italian Bread" instead of just "Garlic." I think that would push the calories way up. Submitted by:
